At the top of the house, you’re met with separate lounge and snug, each boasting a Smart TV and cushy seating, as well as a kitchen/diner. From here you can also access the marvellous terrace, made up of multiple levels of decking with ample furniture and a quality charcoal BBQ.

Set off each day and wander down to Seaton Beach, a popular little spot that’s dog-friendly all year round. There’s even a café, shop and playground here for all of your family’s needs. You’ll only need to jump in the car to find further Cornish attractions, including the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (1.5 miles), the pretty town of Looe (4 miles) and the exciting adventure spot of Adrenaline Quarry (6.5 miles).
