A comfortable and characterful, well equipped cottage offered by a personable and welcoming host made for an enjoyable short break. The countryside location made for a peaceful stay, and our dog enjoyed access to the adjacent field and the nearby beach, which suited us very well. With no local facilities immediately available every outing requires a car journey, but not a problem for us. Would recommend.

Just back from a great holiday. Accommodation was superb. Loved the welcome basket of Cornish fare. Guy was a great host. We were blessed with beach weather for the majority of our week. Loads to see,do and visit. Edward our puppy loved it. Plenty of space to run of steam. We would highly recommend Roosters Rest and will return soon

Have had a lovely time here. The welcome pack provided was excellent. Guy is the most helpful host, nothing was too much trouble. My husband enjoyed being able to fish literally just outside from the property. Would recommend here for a quiet and peaceful break away
