This charming hillside home is tucked away in a lovely spot on the South Cornwall coast, home to an abundance of quaint fishing villages and towns that are perfect for exploring. Boasting magnificent sea views from many of the rooms, you will be spoilt for choice when deciding where to relax after a fun-filled day of adventures - whether it's from the light and bright conservatory or the cosy living room, you will not be disappointed by the scenery that lies before you.
Coastal decor adorns this property, with every finishing touch having been thought of, from the beautifully furnished bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen. The conservatory complete with dining table, is ideal for enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea views. You can then retire to the comfortable lounge to watch the sun set over the ocean. Outside are two peaceful decking areas, one at the front of the property where your canine companion can join you too, and the other is at the rear of the property giving you far-reaching vistas beyond the rooftops and out to the blue.
Less than half a mile from the cottage is Downderry Beach – a mixture of shingle and sand, and with rock pools exposed at low tide, it is a great spot for all the family to have some fun. Right on the beach is a small pub, and when the tide is right, keen walkers can enjoy a stroll to nearby Seaton across a mile-long stretch of sand. Discover the beautiful village of Looe (6 miles) whose working fishing port is great entertainment for all who visit, and Polperro (10.5 miles) which is known locally as an artist's paradise with its stunning views. For an exhilarating day out, try heading to Adrenalin Quarry (7 miles) where you can zoom down zip wires, ride a giant cliff-top swing and experience coasteering.
