Trenant View is a well-received holiday cottage in Wadebridge, Cornwall, praised for its cleanliness, luxurious comfort, and comprehensive facilities. Guests appreciate the property's stunning views, spaciousness, and thoughtful touches, such as festive decorations. The garden is a highlight, offering a safe and enjoyable space for pets and children. While the location's hilliness was noted, the proximity to local attractions and the town centre is valued. Some minor issues were mentioned but did not detract from the overall positive experience.
The property consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with guests noting it as 'spotless' and 'well maintained'. One mention of dog hairs on the sofa suggests a slight deduction, but overall, the standard of cleanliness is very high.
The location is generally well-regarded for its stunning views and proximity to local amenities and attractions. However, the steep hill and the need for a car to explore the area are noted, slightly reducing the score.
Guests find the property comfortable, with luxurious touches and a homely feel. The spaciousness and quality of furniture contribute to the comfort. A few guests mentioned the mattresses and heat in one bedroom as minor discomforts.
The property is celebrated for its well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, and garden. The lack of a teapot and some minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall, the facilities meet guests' needs effectively.
While guests mention thoughtful touches like Christmas decorations, there is no consistent reference to gifts or special amenities that would guarantee a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

We enjoyed the most wonderful holiday over the Christmas Period. The property was very spacious, comfortable and provided for all of our needs. The property is conveniently placed for exploring Wadebridge, the Camel Trail and Padstow to name but a few. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the helpfulness of the Owners. We just wished we could have stayed longer! Many thanks for making our stay so special.
Karren
It was perfect for dogs or a family and had everything we needed. It has lovely views , we would definitely return . A small criticism ,there was no welcome pack , not even milk and the nearest shop is down a steep hill so you need to come prepared.
Richard
Owner very responsive and helpful in relation to a couple of small issues which were solved very quickly.
