Grab a seat at the dining table, where you can enjoy a delectable meal amongst the charming atmosphere, thanks to the elegant candles complementing the table and rustic, wooden beams overhead. Return to the sitting room for a relaxed evening in front of a movie or playing a board game with family and friends in front of the lovely woodburning stone fireplace. When your eyes become tired, Lands has five well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own individual character, including four doubles and a four-person family suite. For your convenience, there is a ground-floor shower room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Dine on the patio, have a picnic, or enjoy activities with your canine partner to take advantage of Lands' calm surroundings. Take a short detour to Chapel Amble for a lunch at a 16th-century tavern or to stock up on your essentials local supermarket. Travel to Port Isaac to find a magnificent harbour with coastal pathways for sea views, the unique Squeezy Belly Alley with plenty of weird surprises, and an abundance of cafes to experience local food. Following a day of exploring Pentire Point and Polzeath Beach, the party may unwind at The Waterfront bar and grill for an evening of seafood cuisine with sea views. Follow the coast north to Tintagel, a picturesque seaside community where tourists may walk the breath-taking trek to Tintagel Castle, discover Merlin's Cave, and explore coastal pathways to find tranquil beaches and stunning views out to sea.

Chapel Amble is a quaint village settled in north Cornwall's St Kew civil parish. Chapel Amble is home to a traditional country pub, The Maltsters Arms along with Post Office and well-stocked convenience store. A few kilometers away rests the bustling town of Wadebridge, with its many traditional eateries, independent shops, supermarkets, and cafés, whilst Tintagel is further afield, famed for being the birthplace of King Arthur and home to the ancient Tintagel Castle and Merlin's Cave.
