Excellent spacious and comfortable house in a great location close to amenities and all North Devon beaches. The property was very clean, well equipped and well presented. It was really nice that the kitchen had a lot of basic cooking ingredients, oils, seasonings, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc. All the bedrooms were spacious, the beds big and comfortable and all the wardrobes had more than enough wooden coat hangers which was really useful. Outside was brilliant with plenty of seating at several different locations and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Nearest pub is literally 100m away over the road and plenty of others with good restaurants all within a mile. Only minor drawback was the restricted car parking space immediately in front of the property but we had no problem parking on the quiet side street 100m away as suggested by the owners. An absolutely brilliant week and we would love to return.

Lovely cottage, great location, everything you need is there. Loved the outdoor garden and barbecue. The pub across the road also serves good food. Would recommend and may book again next year
