Climb the steps up to the front door to enter the house, unlacing your walking boots in the porch as you go. Head into the lounge/diner to find huge picture windows that pull the views right inside. Light the wood burner in here on autumn and winter evenings and settle down to your favourite box set on the Smart TV. Wander through to the kitchen, which has an island and breakfast bar, to prepare tasty meals to serve up at the table in the dining area. Also close by are a utility room and a WC. The comfortable bedrooms at the property are also on this level: these include a king-size, a twin and a super-king-size, with zip-n-link beds that can be set up as singles instead if discussed in advance. There is also a family bathroom. Send the youngsters off downstairs to amuse themselves playing darts or table tennis in the games room. Spill out on to the terrace to light the BBQ and dine out in the fresh air. Watch the children and canine companions play on the lawn below. There is parking here for two cars.

Walk less than 1 mile to picturesque beach at Lee Bay, where you can paddle, swim and go rock pooling. Head into Ilfracombe to spend time at the famous Tunnels Beaches and to peruse the shops and choose between a great selection of eateries.
