Tastefully furnished and well-appointed, this semi-detached holiday cottage is an ideal place to spend time unwinding and exploring this beautiful part of Devon. Just a short walk from the beach - an ideal place to spend the day with its many rock pools to explore or for an evening stroll as the sun goes down. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. Numerous attractions within easy reach including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth cliff railway. At Croyde and Woolacombe you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor is a short distance with walks for all abilities and on a clear day the views can be spectacular. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and RHS gardens at Rosemoor. Beach 55 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

This was our second time staying at Sunset which in itself reflects how we feel about the cottage . We had a lovely 2nd stay regardless of the weather . Communication with the owner was excellent as usual. We cannot fault the cottage or location . It’s quiet in Coombe Martin in winter with quite a few local pubs and bars closed but that suited us . There are still two excellent pubs open within walking distance and few local cafes and shops which is enough . Great walks in the area which was great with the dog .

A wonderful cottage to stay in been twice going back again, comfortable, clean, spacious, great location, sea views from bedrooms, my little dogs love being round the corner from the beach which is great for sea glass and pottery. Great walks and local amenities just love sunset 🌅
