Tastefully furnished and well-appointed, this semi-detached holiday cottage is an ideal place to spend time unwinding and exploring this beautiful part of Devon. Just a short walk from the beach - an ideal place to spend the day with its many rock pools to explore or for an evening stroll as the sun goes down. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. Numerous attractions within easy reach including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth cliff railway. At Croyde and Woolacombe you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor is a short distance with walks for all abilities and on a clear day the views can be spectacular. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and RHS gardens at Rosemoor. Beach 55 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Great holiday have been 6 times now, this time 4 adults 2 dogs we had to get an additional parking permit for the car park just across the road this has gone up to £45 for the week. Combe Martin is a nice place to stay lovely views looking to the sea there are coastal walks for the adventurists. A separate beach for the Dogs

This was booked for my dads 70th he had been to Combe Martin 45 years ago and wanted to go backThe house did not disappoint it was in a fantastic location in the middle of the town but quite too We had the dog with us and the house is one of the best for him the garden small but secure had someplace to sit and enjoy the sun The house itself was extremely clean and tidy the beds very very comfortable the bedrooms were bright and light we didn’t use the small bedroom but it was also clean and tidy The downstairs had a great dining kitchen where we spent our morning’s planning our tours around the local area the lounge very comfortable lots of sitting space for the 3 of us. I have never been to the area before but sunset cottage is somewhere I want to come back tooThank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful cottage

Very comfortable, homely cottage in the best location, it was wonderful to be so close to the beach. The back garden isn’t large but it’s big enough to sit out in and have a family meal. Bed linen and towels were good quality and smelled lovely! Useful to have one parking permit, but if you need to buy a second one, as we did, make sure you check the opening times at the council offices for collection.
