The sitting room features an attractive period fireplace with wood burner effect electric stove to keep you cosy all year round and the spacious slate floored kitchen/dining room is ideal for leisurely breakfasts whilst planning the exciting day ahead. A further snug sitting area with comfy sofa can be used either as a second TV room or quiet newspaper reading corner. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a good size conservatory style entrance, great for storage of coats, boots or muddy pets. From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor with three attractive bedrooms, a really spacious double, a good size twin and an airy single room. A family bathroom together with a separate cloakroom serves all rooms.
