Hartland View is located within the main property of Chichester House.

Located on the sea front on the Esplanade opposite Barricane beach is a stunning apartment, ideal for a family or couple looking to explore Devon. The views are uninterrupted and show Woolacombe bay in its entirety from your room and patio area, Lundy Island being right opposite the property. The kitchen/diner houses contains plenty of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, as well as a lovely bench where guests can dine together or enjoy a family games night then freshen up in the bathroom and snuggle up in one of the two bedrooms, with the choice of a double and a twin. One car place comes with your booking at the rear of the property, with steps leading down to your personal private entrance that only you will have access to, the walkway is gated giving you a private area secure for pets or children outside your flat. Access to the front of the property leading directly onto the Esplanade is down some steps on the side of Chichester House, these steps are fairly steep and require a reasonable amount of mobility however, many people manage carrying surf equipment etc down on a daily basis. A walk over the Esplanade puts you onto the short path down onto Barricane beach, and less than half a mile walk from the main beach you can find Woolacombe village, where food and refreshments are readily available to suit your taste. We hope you find our location quiet and relaxed away from the busy village, close enough for your needs, but far enough to be tranquil and relaxing. A rear patio area is available, which is away from the wind and private for sun bathing or reading. The owners live on site and available to advise and help with your needs. The seaside town of Woolacombe is located on the north Devon coast and is home to a wonderful 3 mile long golden beach which has been awarded Blue Flag status and has safe family swimming. Woolacombe has won many awards and is a fabulous holiday destination with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Woolacombe lies within the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its dramatic coastal cliffs and landscape. Along the coast is the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe and from here you can take a boat trip to magical Lundy Island, a place of natural beauty, which will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Exmoor National Park is close by with its rolling countryside and quaint villages. A fabulous area for a superb family holiday.
