This property is ideally located near the market town of South Molton with its independent shops, pubs and cafes. It is also close to Quince Honey Farm, which is fun for all the family. For the walkers and nature lovers amongst you, there is plenty of nearby countryside to explore at Exmoor, with far-reaching views, or further afield, there is Dartmoor. Venture to the North Devon coastline with a range of sandy beaches and fishing villages to choose from, these include Croyde, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth with shops, pubs and cafes where you can enjoy a ride on the Lynton Cliff Railway with views across the coast.

Stepping inside the property, you will find yourself in the entrance hall where you can drop off your coats and boots. Heading left through the hallway, you will find the spacious lounge with a feature fireplace housing a coal-effect electric fire and Smart TV, making this the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.
