This lovely apartment has allocated parking and is just a few minutes level walk along the embankment into the main hub of the town with a plethora of shops, pubs, eateries, a leisure centre and cinema. The Crabshell Inn is a minute around the corner. A scenic drive or bus ride away are the towns of Salcombe and in the other direction, Dartmouth. Beautiful beaches such as Bantham, Thurlestone and Torcross are easily accessed along with the South West Coast Path and a little further on Dartmoor.

5 Crabshell Quay is a perfect getaway for couples, families or friends to relax and explore the picturesque South Hams at any time of the year.

Parking

Covered designated parking (height of covered area at lowest point 2.28m), strictly for one car only.

Additional on-street parking is available on a first come first served basis and located around 100 yards away on nearby residential streets. Alternatively, the Quay public car park is also nearby (approx. 5-minute walk).

Security gates at entrance to properties operated by keypad code.
