We had the most gorgeous stay at Anchor Boathouse, thank you. What a dream location, just perfect having direct access down to the shore, and we couldn't have been any luckier with the weather! We had lunch at the Crabshell, though didn't make it to the Millbrook Inn - next time :) To be honest, we didn't feel the need to go too far which I always think is a sign of a great property. We took the paddleboard which was lots of fun, enjoyed the hot tub and lots of alfresco dining - and watching Wimbledon in the cinema room was a real highlight (huge tennis fans here)! Please do pass on my thanks to the team at Finest Stays, it was a really special trip.

Thank you for all your help with our stay at Anchor Boathouse, Kingsbridge and we are very happy to give you a resounding five star rating. This was a wonderful holiday property, beautifully designed to take advantage of the spectacular riverside views. It was furnished with style and to the highest quality and everything we could possibly need was there. We loved that there were different areas offering different things to do, whether it was gathering together around the dining table with its sweeping river views, choosing a book from the library area and quietly curling up in a window seat with the water lapping below, or playing chess at the little table.
