Muddle Cottage is a beautifully presented two bedroom cottage, tucked away on a residential street, a moments’ walk from the  heart of the estuary side town of Kingsbridge, South Devon.

This charming cottage is a real home from home, perfect for a weekend bolthole, or a beautiful base for a longer stay, enjoying country walks, and sampling the excellent local eateries or a stroll to the embankment to enjoy a spot of people watching, with fish and chips. Sandy beaches at Bantham and Thurlestone a short drive away with the South West Coast path easily accessible. Along with the popular towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth.

A little further afield takes you to Dartmoor, steeped in history, with beautiful walks and unspoiled villages, then return to Muddle Cottage where cosy nights by the log burner await, or the bijou courtyard, provides guests with a small outdoor sanctuary on a summer evening.

From main hall stairs lead to first floor:

Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, hanging rail, drawers, wall mounted Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 with Zip and link 2’6’’ twin beds (can be made into a king on request at time of booking), wall mounted Smart TV, hanging rail.

Shower room with shower enclosure, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC, shaver point

Baby bath provided in bathroom cupboard.

Outside

Small gravel courtyard with bistro table and 2 chairs, 2 seater bench and further small table.

Parking

Parking permit for the Quay Car Park a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Additional

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), central heating. 

Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is generally good but please check with your provider prior to booking.

Pets: One dog allowed. Pet charge £30 per week. 

Electric Vehicles: This property is not suitable for Electric Vechicle charging.

Short breaks: Short breaks are available all year round. 

Local Facilities: Shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, banks, post office, cinema and leisure centre all within short walk. Sandy beaches within 5 miles.
