The cottages enjoy the use of both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, games room with table tennis and pool, an all-weather tennis court, and the grounds include an orchard and croquet lawn. Indoor swimming pool. 5.5m x 11m heated and available all year. His and hers changing rooms. Shower room.

Tennis Court. Hard court. Rackets and balls provided.

Croquet Lawn. Croquet set provided. Built-in barbecue alongside.

Reception. 9 am to 5 pm Monday, Thursday and Friday in high season (varies in low/mid season).

Located above the indoor swimming pool, No. 11 is accessed from the driveway alongside the croquet lawn with exterior wooden steps up to the front door.

Court Barton No.11: Situated within a short distance to a number of sandy beaches in the South Hams, No. 11 is situated in the perfect place to explore this beautiful area. The property is spacious and light throughout and has fantastic country views. It also has direct internal access to the indoor swimming pool and is located near to the croquet lawn, games room and parking area.

The beautiful sailing mecca of the Salcombe estuary with its golden beaches is only 3 miles.
