Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, stunning views, and the proximity to the beach and local pubs. The property is suitable for large families and gatherings, offering a peaceful setting and modern amenities. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, but overall, the property provided a delightful stay.

The property is generally kept immaculate, with only a few isolated incidents of cleanliness issues such as a fly infestation and some leftover items from previous guests. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Guests found the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfy beds and spacious living areas. The house accommodates large groups well, providing plenty of space for relaxation.

The property is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, but there were several maintenance issues raised, such as problems with windows, heating, and Wi-Fi coverage. These issues slightly detract from the overall experience.

While guests have mentioned kind gestures such as being left Champagne, chocolates, and fudge, there is not enough consistent information across reviews to score this category accurately. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.

The house is beautiful & kept immaculate. Left us Champagne, chocolates & fudge which was a lovely kind gesture. Short walk to the sea at Hope cove plus short drive to Salcombe where you have some lovely restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. We will

I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s fully equipped for everything. We had a wonderful week making lovely memories. We had an issue with the boiler so we rang up and it was sorted within the day. We will defo return. We have looked for Easter but it’s booked up. Obviously popular. The house is a credit to its owners. Thank you

It was equipped to a high standard, with lots of nice touches. We were a party of 4 adults plus my toddler grandson and found there to be plenty of space for all of us. The house is a short walk into Hope Cove which has a few nice pubs and restaurants as well as the beach. We would definitely stay here again, we love the area so we'll be back!
