Within easy walking distance from the glorious sandy beaches of Leasfoot and Thurlestone Sands, Rocky’s Cottage offers easy access to this spectacular coastline and the South West Coast Path. The village boasts an 18-hole links golf course, hard and grass tennis courts, a superb village pub, a post office, excellent village shop, and Salcombe is a 15 minute drive away. Nearby Hope Cove and Bantham Beach are both easily accessible by foot via the coastal path. 

With a fully enclosed garden and private parking space at the rear of the cottage, Rocky’s Cottage provides the perfect destination for a holiday in this wonderful area with all the very best the South Hams to offer, right on the doorstep.

Entrance with space for coats and boots. 

Sitting room with comfy sofas and armchair, Smart TV, games. French doors open onto a fully enclosed and very private terrace and lawn, with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, coffee in the morning and al fresco dining.

Superb, fully equipped kitchen diner with quality appliances including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Classic Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker. Central farmhouse table to seat six. A door leads out to the front of the property. 

Cloakroom with basin and WC.

First Floor: 

Spacious Master bedroom with dual aspect windows, king sized 5ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 

En suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail, WC 

Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds, chest of drawers, free standing clothes rail, bedside drawers.

Bedroom 3 with substantial 3ft wide bunk beds,  large storage drawers beneath for clothing, wall mounted parcel shelf and hanging rail

Handsome family bathroom with bath and rainfall shower over, basin, WC, traditional heated towel rail.

Outside:

Fully enclosed securely fenced garden, with tall wooden gate leading to parking area. 

The large terrace is equipped for alfresco dining, with stylish garden furniture for relaxing after a busy day. A lawn with mature shrubs sits beyond. 

Parking:

One parking space, adjacent to the house.

  • Pets: One dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.
