Oceanview Apartment is a luxury second floor penthouse apartment enjoying stunning sea views. The kitchen is well equipped (including 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, integrated appliances and large dining table and separate utility area) with French doors that lead onto a private, South-West facing roof terrace. The light and spacious lounge enjoys many luxuries (including a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV!) with French door access to the roof terrace. Sleeping up to six guests, the master bedroom has a King-size bed and deluxe en suite, the second bedroom has two full-size single beds, and the third bedroom is a bunk room. There is also a separate family bathroom. In addition to the roof terrace, guests also have use of the 1.5 acres of communal gardens, with picnic tables, benches and barbeque area.

Guests enjoy free Wireless broadband. Designated parking for one car is provided, with additional free parking available in the nearby village. One well-behaved pet by arrangement is welcome, charged at £25 per week.

The coastal village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the popular sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.

    Cushions needed on plastic seat in kitchen we had to use Cushions from the bedrooms. Very noisy extractor fan in ensuite
