Due to steep gradients and steps, Finlake is not suitable for wheelchair users or persons with mobility difficulties.
Security Deposit
There is a £250 security deposit which needs to be placed before the day of arrival, this is a pre-authorisation on a card so the money is not taken or held. Guests can place this up to 10 days prior to arrival by logging into finlakeresort.co.uk. Once this has been done you will receive an email advising you of your accommodation code and your digital key (this is not sent until the morning you check in).

The lodge was adequate for 4. Not enough comfortable seating for 6. Good shower room, but toilet upstairs too small, and no one wanted to use it due to this.

Could do with mirrors in the bedroom downstairs and the upstairs toilet. No whisk in cupboard and a floor broom would have been nice.

Would of scored higher but the sofa and mattress gave me such a bad back.
