Such a fabulous cottage, the owners have thought of absolutely everything. We have 2 small dogs, the garden was totally secure which gave real piece of mind. We have grown up kids but this cottage is carefully thought about for much younger children. Stair gates top and bottom and a gate at the top of the garden steps too. The location is perfect for exploring all Hartland has to offer, while being in walking distance to 3 pubs, a fish and chip shop, coffee shop, post office and local shop.

Superb base for a 3 generations holiday. The house was excellent for us all and so near plenty of attractions. Local pubs were great. The hosts were lovely and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice. Could be nicer. Front door needs attention/replacement. Windows are very moist in the middle of the double glazing and running with water. Beds could do with being king size. Nice property, just needs a bit of love.
