This cute and cosy property is located in the little white town of Bideford, which stands on the River Torridge in North Devon, just a short distance down river from where the estuary opens onto the sea. This position means you are close to the quayside where you can enjoy boat trips why not try a fantastic two-hour trip which takes visitors out to the isolated island of Lundy, with its resident seal colony and puffins. Three miles north of the town is the pretty fishing village of Appledore, where visitors can enjoy a relaxing day trip pottering around the shops, strolling along the quay, and perhaps catching the ferry across to the neighbouring village of Instow with its yacht club and beach.

Guests access this single storey property which is next to the owner’s home, yet where privacy is assured through a small porch and entering into the galley style kitchen. Well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer dryer. A breakfast bar and stools make a great place to enjoy a morning coffee whilst planning your days adventures. The kitchen leads to a lounge area with bi folding doors offering superb views across the garden to the river beyond and Torridge Bridge in the distance. Outside there is a covered decked balcony area with heater and ample seating enjoying stunning views over the estuary and owner lawned garden (not accessible). Steps lead down to a private gravelled area.
