Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Decking with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Bream, carp and rudd fishing on-site (free of charge, licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced lake 100 yards away.. The perfect choice for couples and families wanting a relaxing base from which to explore this stunning location. Just a few miles from the coast of north Devon, this detached lodge is set within a park and sits in a peaceful location, with views over the nearby fishing lakes which guests can enjoy, free of charge, don’t forget to bring your own rods.

Lovely country, woodland and coastal walks abound, this really is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. A superb holiday choice whatever the time of year. Just 4 miles from the picturesque village of Clovelly with its donkey transport and quaint cottages lining its cobbled lanes. There are fabulous beaches for relaxing and surfing at Westward Ho! Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay, all within easy reach. Visit the bustling resort of Bude, the spectacular coastal pathways around Hartland Point, and the market town of Bideford from where guests can take boat trips to the island of Lundy, which is England’s only marine nature reserve.

This is a great location for a memorable holiday with golf, surfing, fishing and horse riding all available close by, and for cycling enthusiasts, walkers and dog owners, the nearby Tarka Trail is not to be missed. For family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park are close by and there are numerous National Trust properties in the area. Beach 5 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub and restaurant 2¼ miles.

    Beautiful lodge in a fantastic quiet location.

    Amazing place to stay. We stayed for a week with our children. And it was so relaxing for all of us. A chance for the kids to unplug for once. Plenty to do all within a short drive. When the sun goes down. The silence is like heaven.

    Our 4th visit to Lodge 59 because we like it so much. On this occasion, however. the DVD player was't working so needs attention
