Sand Dunes is an absolute delight. The accommodation is first class. The panoramic view across the bay to the estuary and beyond is without parallel. Nothing has been forgotten; everything you could possibly need is there in abundance. There was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, and having a gated car parking space is a great bonus. If you're thinking of booking, do it quickly; it doesn't stay available for very long.

Wow what a fab location. We really feel like we lucked out. Handy to have the parking space but early or evenings there's loads of space locally too if you bring a second car. It's an upside down house to make the most of the view. Fortunately just carpark below and no flats above this section so it feels like a terraced house!Well equipped in general. Cupboards in kitchen were overfilled so no space to actually store food in them. We messaged to let the owner know about a headboard not attached on one side and tumble dryer filling the room with steam (rather than the compartment - no reply yet but hopefully they will resolve.
