With the South West Coast Path 1.5 miles away, the six-bedroom home is perfectly placed for excellent walks. Hartland Quay (2.5 miles) tempts with dramatic rock formations and a beach at low tide, while Hartland Point and its lighthouse (3 miles) mark the meeting point of the Bristol Channel and the Atlantic. Speke’s Mill Mouth (4 miles) rewards walkers with a waterfall tumbling onto the shore, and kids will love rock pooling at Bucks Mills Beach (9 miles). Hartland (2 miles) has traditional shops and pubs, and Clovelly (6 miles) enchants with its steep streets and harbour. For family fun, head to The Milky Way Adventure Park (16 miles) for rides and all-weather attractions. Bude and Crooklets Beach (20-22 miles) also make a fantastic day out.

Inside, the property has an upside-down layout over two floors to make the most of the views. Gather with coffee around the island and sit down for meals at the long dining table, before sinking into the plush seating to digest. Leading off the hallway is a dedicated yoga studio, with direct outdoor access creating a calming space for meditation or stretching.

Out the front is a patio terrace complete with seating, and steps lead down to an additional seating area and a private hot tub for long, bubbly soaks. To the rear is a spacious enclosed lawned garden with a patio area and raised decking area where you can relax and sunbathe while admiring the countryside views and sea vistas beyond - the deck area is also perfect for a spot of yoga. A separate wild garden is wonderful for relaxation and barefoot walking - there is a further seating area here where the sea views towards Lundy can also be admired. There is off road parking for six cars.
