The kitchen/diner is a great space for cooking delicious dishes for your family and friends, then gathering round the table for lively holiday meals. There is a handy utility room and a WC in this part of the property too. At the end of each fun-filled day, wander off to the super-king-size room, which has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins if discussed in advance, the king-size room or the single room, where a cot can be set up if discussed at booking. There is also a family bathroom. The shared, pool, sauna and hot tub building, with changing rooms and showers, is just up the driveway. The beautiful, enclosed garden is private and includes wooded areas, a BBQ for outdoor cooking and a fire pit, where you can sit out under the stars into the night. There is parking for two cars.
Drive into Bude to go to the beach at Summerleaze, where you can swim in the sea and the tidal pool. You can also shop and dine out here. Roadford Lake, in the scenic Wolf Valley, is 6 miles away and offers fabulous walking routes, as well as water sports and other activities.
