The ideal spot at any time of year with fishing, golf, riding, surfing, sailing and walking all available in this stunning area. Superb beaches at Sandymouth and Bude, and many pretty fishing villages to explore including nearby Clovelly. Bradworthy, with its historic church, thriving village inn and a good selection of village shops, is just 2 miles. Beach 7 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

The Bothy is an excellent cottage a mile from the Cornwall border & Tamar Lakes. The hosts, Sue & Brian made us very welcome & were always pleased to give you local information. It was lovely to have fresh flowers cut from their garden on the table, along with chocolates, biscuits & wine in the Fridge. The Bothy contained everything you could wish for - home from home! A bonus was that it had two bathrooms, with a shower ensuite. Ideally situated to explore RHS Rosemoor, Clovelly Village to name but a few. Tamar Lakes is also worth a visit.
