Grange Studio is a recently refitted studio annexe with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge facilities, a separate double bedroom and good-sized wet room. It is also suitable for the less mobile, with ground floor accommodation and wider internal doorways.
Set beyond the owners’ garden, Grange Studio is accessed via a driveway, with plenty of parking and two EV charging points. There is a private courtyard with bistro set for outdoor dining. A well-behaved dog is welcome.
Hurn Forest and Avon Heath Country Park are within walking distance of the property and Moors Valley Country Park is just a 10 minute drive away. The south coast beaches of Highcliffe, Mudeford, Southbourne, Bournemouth, and Sandbanks, are all within a 30 minute drive. The closest town of Ringwood has a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The pretty, vibrant towns of Christchurch, Poole and Wimborne Minster are also a short drive away. The New Forest National Park, with miles of heathland to explore amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys is easy to reach, making Grange Studio a perfect base from which to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer.
