Inside, the open plan property maximises the use of space with a cosy lounge/diner/bedroom, offering spots for reading on the sofa and armchair, enjoying light breakfasts or recharging your batteries. A handy kitchen adjoins the main room, and there is a separate shower room too. This studio apartment has a heat pump heating/cooling system. When the day is done a double bed ensures a good night s sleep. Outside, the open terrace has unrivalled views of your surroundings, and you are welcome to explore the extensive shared grounds and use the shared outdoor pool from May to September guests can book a 50 minute slot each day for the pool (maximum 1 slot per household per day) there will be a non refundable payment of 2 per person, details of the booking system will be displayed in the property on arrival. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge on site, and free parking for one car is subject to availability. Please note, access to the property is either down a set of outside stairs to the small courtyard or via a long flat path. Need to know: 1 studio style bedroom with double bed. 1 shower room with WC. Combi electric oven and microwave, 2 ring induction hob, Bosch Tassimo Pod Coffee Maker (pods not provided) and fridge with ice compartment. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge applies). TV/DVD in lounge area. USB sockets. The property is heated by an air to air heat pump which can also act as an air cooler during the warmer summer months. Open patio area to the front with bistro dining table and chairs. 1 off road parking space approx. 30m from the property (subject to availability). Beach, pub and shop within walking distance.
