This was a great cottage- shame about the unpaved access road

Access from the road would be unsuitable for low vehicles and the track to the cottage was somewhat rough. The cottage is well situated for access to the Dorset & East Devon coastline. It is well-equipped and we enjoyed the residents adjacent field and the horses and geese that visited us at the fence. We had some minor niggles with the property which the owner resolved very quickly.
