Brookfield Lodge is located in the village of Drimpton, which lies in the heart of rural West Dorset, just half a mile from the Somerset border and 4 miles from Devon. The area is excellent for walking and cycling and is within easy reach of the magnificent World Heritage Jurassic Coast, as well as the bustling market town of Bridport. This bright and airy detached bungalow is in the grounds of the owner's home. The interior has been thoughtfully laid out to ensure that all of the rooms are generously sized and accessible for wheelchair users. There is a games room with a table tennis and table football and to the rear, accessed via the lounge, is a paved area where guests can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the owner's horses quietly grazing in the paddock beyond. Brookfield Lodge is comprised of a smart kitchen, lounge with glazed doors and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. In addition to the en-suite there is a purpose-built wet room. Free range eggs and honey produced from the owner's bees at Brookfield Lodge are available to purchase.
The town of Beaminster is in the Dorset aonb. Around its square is the Conservation Area with over 200 listed buildings, many built from mellow hamstone.
