Manor Farm Barn is highly praised for its spaciousness, well-appointed amenities, and warm welcome. Guests enjoy the heated pool, extensive games room, and comfortable bedrooms. The property's rural charm is enhanced by farm animals and proximity to a friendly local pub. Some minor issues are noted, but the overall experience is cherished, with many expressing a desire to return.
Reviews consistently mention the property being very clean, with only a single mention of flies in the kitchen, which seems to be a minor and situational issue. The cleanliness is generally held in high regard.
The location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to a local pub, with beautiful walks and a safe environment for children. The rural setting with farm animals adds to the charm, although no specific comments on accessibility to local attractions or transport are provided.
Guests find the bedrooms comfortable and the property warm and welcoming. There are some comments about the underfloor heating being too warm and the settees being past their best, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.
The facilities, including the pool and games room, are a hit with guests. Some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, such as the need for more efficient fly catchers and the condition of some outdoor benches. The early checkout time is also noted as a drawback.

Set in the pretty Dorset village of Dewlish, Manor Farm Barn is a beautiful conversion of an 18th century barn that faces into a courtyard. With large flagstone floors, a farmhouse kitchen with a table big enough for everyone and spacious rooms, this is the perfect place for the whole family to come together and enjoy a countryside holiday.
