The property sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms and has a cosy feel to it with sunny garden for all to enjoy.
The property was a Tinsmith’s workshop and still has original solid wooden beams and it’s a part of a group of converted cottages, flats and houses once all been a large Fordington Dairy. They now been all converted and made holiday accommodation with a luxury feel to it. The original buildings are believed to date from the XVIII century.
The interior has its character with incorporated contemporary décor and modern furnishings. Airy and large open plan sitting area with kitchen and diner is a wonderful socialising area.
There are three cosy bedrooms include a large double room, a single room and a third bedroom which can be made up as a super king-size double or a twin.
The county town of Dorchester has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. You may wish to visit museums or a Roman house too.
On the outskirts of Dorchester are Maumbury rings, many years ago a Roman amphitheatre and The Iron Age hill fort of Maiden Castle around a mile away from the town, that would make a perfect place for a picnic. Dorchester has a lot of historic connections with Roman times, so keep your eyes peeled.
Only a short drive away is a seaside town of Weymouth boasting with long sandy beach and many beach attractiobs.

A trip to Dorset is not complete without visiting the county town of Dorchester, steeped in Roman history with its Roman roads, you will also find, museums and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants. Walk around Maiden Castle, the largest hillfort in England, or visit the County Museum which has a room devoted to Thomas Hardy, born just two miles away in Bockhampton. Just seven miles away are the glorious gently shelving beaches and picturesque harbour of Weymouth, and the rugged peninsula of Portland, linked to the mainland by Chesil Beach, part of the breathtaking World Heritage Coastline. In fact, you’ll find yourself so intoxicated by Dorset’s magic spell, you won’t want to return home at the end of your stay!
