Arranged over three floors, this property is conveniently located close to a range of cafés, bars, and bistros, making this a fantastic choice for holidaymakers looking for a seaside break at any time of year.
Much improved over the years, this characterful cottage has been renovated to a high standard with some lovely personal touches throughout. The stylish lounge with adjoining dining room is a bright and welcoming room, providing the perfect spot for enjoying meals together or relaxing after your day’s activities. Located towards the rear of the cottage, the wonderfully stylish kitchen with feature AGA is flooded with light from the skylight window. A truly sociable space, doors open out to a charming courtyard garden, a secluded spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine. Arranged over three floors, you will find two double bedrooms located on the first-floor. A further flight of stairs takes you to the third bedroom, a spacious king-size room with vaulted ceiling and enjoying views towards the sea. With a choice of two bathrooms, a superb ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor bathroom with bath and shower over, you can start the day with a refreshing shower or a soak in the bubbles.
When you are ready to head out and about, Lyme Regis has so much to offer visitors looking for a traditional seaside break. The sandy beach is a popular spot for swimming and water sports, making it an ideal destination for families and visitors of every age. Learn about the town's intriguing past at the town museum, view the ammonite pavement, or try your hand at fossil hunting on one of the fossil-rich beaches. Food lovers will welcome the excellent choice of restaurants; whether you fancy fine dining, local seafood, or just enjoying a bite to eat with a sea view, there is something for everyone. An area popular with walkers, the South West Coastal Path rewards walkers with stunning views of the Jurassic Coast and takes in pretty seaside locations such as Eype and Seatown. The pretty fishing village of Beer is a great option for a day out, with its beach and a stunning backdrop of limestone cliffs where you can watch fishermen hauling their catches ashore in traditional fishing boats. Other popular days out include Abbotsbury, with its subtropical gardens and famous Swannery, home to a colony of over 600 Mute Swans, located on the dramatic Dorset Coast and just a short car journey away.
