Just back from a long weekend (3 nights) stay at Coombehayes Barn. Would highly recommend to anyone. The location in Uplyme is lovely with views over the hills. A quick car journey down the road into Lyme Regis. The barn/house had enough parking for a good 3 cars. The fenced garden area had a swing set, climbing frame and small football goal. A lovely stone patio area for sunny afternoon/evenings. Inside were 5 bedrooms all decorated to a lovely standard with comfy beds. The lounge had enough seating for everyone with a lovely log burner (which we used each night for cosy evenings). The kitchen is well equipped and we received a welcome pack and instruction manual for all the gadgets. The pool was such a bonus, indoor, slightly heated and we used it every day.An area for table football and a games station just outside the pool area means it caters for all tastes. The TV was FreeSat with access to TV apps (which we logged into with our own details to watch a movie) although there was a big DVD collection. All in all we couldn’t believe our luck in finding this gem and will definitely be returning.

Coombehayes Barn was the perfect property for a three generation family holiday and 70th birthday celebrations. The pool was of course the star and used several times a day but the whole property was so well equipped that there was always something to do. Comfortable beds and bedrooms arranged such that each family could have there own space while being close together. We enjoyed the peace of Uplyme with all that Lyme Regis had to offer only a short drive, bus ride or walk away. Absolutely recommend.
