Nearby lies Charmouth, an unspoilt seaside village set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a beach that is perfect for fossil hunting! Keen walkers will be drawn to the South West Coast Path as they look out for the Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast which affords some amazing coastal views. Also worth adding to your itinerary are the towns of Bridport, Axminster, Weymouth and Branscombe, boasting their own character, charm and number of attractions; the Axe Valley Wildlife Park and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary are not to be missed!
