With private outdoor space, dog‑friendly accommodation, and local amenities close by, the cottage suits relaxed rural breaks with easy access to nearby waterways. Inside, the living accommodation is thoughtfully laid out, beginning with a welcoming sitting room featuring an electric fire and a sofa bed, providing a flexible space to relax after days spent outdoors. Adjoining this is a kitchen/diner, offering room to prepare meals and gather together at the dining table, making it well-suited to both short stays and longer visits.

The sleeping accommodation includes two bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and a single bedroom, arranged on one level and served by a shower room fitted with a walk‑in shower. The nearest pub is a 20-30 minute walk away, while shops are within easy reach by car. The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, including Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Bristol, alongside attractions such as the Stroudwater Canal, riverside walks, and countryside routes across Gloucestershire.
