Set in the rolling South Hams countryside, this delightful, holiday property is within easy reach of beautiful beaches and wonderful walking on Dartmoor and the South West Coast Path. Families can enjoy Pennywell Farm, the South Devon Railway and Bovisand Beach. Excellent sailing at Noss Mayo. Plymouth with shops, Barbican, aquarium and Plymouth Hoe, is 7 miles. The friendly owners live in the adjoining 17th century farmhouse and run a little plant nursery on site; there are always fabulous flower displays. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Just got from 7 nights ..Well if you want bit off everything ..then this place has git the lot ..local to everywhere short drive to shop local pubs great good prices reasonable loads to do in plymouth dartmore zoo etc ..but the best was the cottage and lady who owns it what a beautiful place ni e peaceful great view id recommend this to anyone ..I be back november

A very warm welcome from our friendly host who made our stay extra special by providing many treats and advice for days out in the glorious South Devon countryside. Easy access to coastal resorts and beaches. We would definitely recommend a stay in this 16th century cottage offering all modern comforts.
