This converted former coach house was once the home for horses which served in WW1. Set in the pretty village of Newton Ferrers on the Yealm estuary ideal for walkers, couples and small families

The village of Newton Ferrers is just 10 miles from Plymouth. Surrounded by ancient woodland and creeks, the village sits on the Yealm estuary, the waters edge has a slipway and mooring for boats. There is a pub which serves food, a shop and tea room. The Warren is a beautiful stretch of coastline and circular walking routes take you along the cliff tops overlooking the sea.The village of Noss is just a ferry crossing over or, you can walk across the estuary at low tide and offers two pubs. Attractions in the area include Saltram House and Gardens, National Marine Aquarium, the Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery and the Theatre Royal.

On entering this historic property, the comfortable lounge has attractive décor and stylish furniture which entices you in. Snuggle up on the leather sofa and watch TV or use the DVD to watch a movie. There are lots of interesting books and magazines to inspire your adventures. A useful separate WC is also on this floor. The spacious kitchen/diner offers an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, large dining table and no need to do the washing up as the dishwasher will do it for you. Heading up the staircase are three bedrooms, a king size with en suite shower and WC, 1 twin and 1 single.

On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside from the kitchen/diner is an enclosed walled mediterranean courtyard with garden furniture. There is allocated parking directly outside the property for one car but there is plenty of roadside parking (subject to availability). Need to know: 3 bedrooms. 1 king size with en suite shower room and WC,1 twin bedroom, and 1 single bedroom. 1 bathroom, shower over the bath and WC. Downstairs WC. Kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV and DVD. Electric and central heating included.
