This caravan has 3 bedrooms, 2 WC's, one with shower, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and full sized fridge freezer. Nice seated decking area with view of the play park so you can keep an eye on your little ones, free wi-fi and space out front to park 2 cars.

All beds have duvets & pillows but no bed linen is included in this price. Linen can be provided via our cleaning service at extra cost. Please contact me for details.

Booking price is for letting only and passes are required to get into the clubhouse (RJ's), and may also be used for discounted swimming (Brean Splash) and the child soft play area (Brean Play). You can also use the passes for discounted golf on Brean Country Club and discounted ride vouchers at Brean Leisure Park, these passes may be added as an extra charge per person per night's stay, current rates are:-

Adults aged 18+ - £10 per person per night Children aged 5 to 17 - £7 per person per night

Babies aged 0 to 4 do not require passes, although there is a small discounted charge on entry to Brean Splash and Play.

If you do not book passes with us and choose to use any of the facilities mentioned above you may purchase any required passes on the day which currently range around £12 each from the reception, however during peak times daily passes are very limited so will be subject to availability.

Brean Splash- A full sized heated pool, indoor & outdoor splash park, slides & baby pool.

Brean Leisure Park - A proper theme park complete with everything from roller coasters to dodgems - fun for all ages!

The local area offers pubs, restaurants, arcades, bowling, an excellent dog friendly beach with lovely walks to either Brean Sands or Burnham.

Weston is a short drive away, there are also bus stops right outside Unity.

The town of Burnham-on-Sea is conveniently situated just minutes from the M5; it's an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions. It has something for everyone, including seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festival, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city with its beautiful cathedral, Glastonbury, with its mystical connections to King Arthur is central to the Avalon marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, a complex landscape teeming with wildlife. In winter the star attractions are the massive murmurations of starlings and huge flocks of wildfowl. Beautiful scenery and a rich human history make this a must-visit area. Also close by of interest to nature lovers are the Steart Marshes, which is managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT). The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers sandy beaches, donkeys, watersports, restaurants and shops, as well as the Playhouse Theatre and Winter Gardens. Further afield, you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays and the famous wild ponies of the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
