Entrance to the property is via the front door directly from the parking area beside the property. The hallway provides room for boots and hooks for coats.
The newly fitted kitchen is just off the hall. It's compact but fully functional with electric oven, plug-in double hob (which can be put away to provide more surface space if preferred), microwave, under-counter fridge, toaster, kettle.
The hall leads to the spacious sitting and dining room, with a wood-burner for cosy evenings (logs provided, along with kindling, firelighters and matches). Freeview TV with access to internet viewing.
Upstairs to the double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, comprising bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is room in the bedroom for a cot to be set up (cot not provided).
New electric heaters are fitted throughout the property and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take them on trips with you away from the cottage. We are able to supply either a feather and down duvet and pillows or micro-fibre duvet and pillows - please state your preference.
Electricity, logs and wifi are included in the price of your accommodation.

One well-behaved dog welcome for £15 supplement. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture, upstairs or leave them alone in the property at any time.
We would also respectfully request that no outdoor shoes are worn upstairs as we are in a country location with some sheep and poultry around the property.
