Cherries, Porlock, is a newly refurbished bungalow in a quiet location on the edge of this popular Exmoor village. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests plus up to 2 dogs. Village shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance, as well as the coast!
Accommodation
Cherries kitchen is all newly fitted and includes under-counter fridge, microwave, electric oven and induction hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, slow cooker, cafetiere, a variety of kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer are located in the attached utility area.
One double bed (4'6') and one king-size bed (5'), which can be spilt into twin beds (2'6") only if requested at time of booking.
A television with Freeview is provided in the living room and there is wifi in the property available at no extra cost.
An iron with ironing board is available for your use and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Cherries is fitted with central heating throughout.
Bed linen, duvets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

We have just returned from a week away in Porlock. We love to visit the area and have always found great accommodation over the years but we have to say for location Cherries has been one of the best. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very cosy and warm especially as the weather was very cold at night during our stay. Wonderful hot showers, comfy beds and a brilliant enclosed garden for our dog. We had some great walks directly from the door across to Porlock Weir or Bossington. Unfortunately our car developed a fault whilst we were away and the local garage at Porlock could not have been more helpful. We will certainly be returning to Cherries and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

A beautifully refurbished, dog friendly bungalow in a great location for village amenities, all within short walking distance. The utility room and gardens were ideal for the dog. Porlock is a fantastic area for walking, with loads of walks straight from the doorstep. I would highly recommend stayin.... This lovely bungalow has everything you need for a few days or week long stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, with everything you need. Outstanding bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, gardens etc. We would highly recommend this property and the surrounding area, perfect get away
