Entrance to the property leads into a small lobby area, with the main living area through to the right.
There are two single beds at the far end, a bistro table with 2 chairs and a 2 seater sofa.
The small kitchenette is equipped with an under-counter fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave-grill, air-fryer, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and electric hob. Its ideal for those who want to make their own breakfast or brunch and prefer to eat their main meals out and about.
The shower room is off the entrance lobby, comprising walk-in electric shower, toilet and hand basin.
A Smart television (connected to wifi) is set up and ready for you to watch Freeview or log into your own Neflix, Youtube or other App accounts (use and viewing is from your own account/s and at your own pay-per-view cost/s). Good wireless broadband is available throughout the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you away from the property.

This studio apartment although small has everything you need. The large window with the harbour view is fabulous. Julie, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming. An ideal location to get out and discover Exmoor and the Somerset/Devon coastline (or just sit in and enjoy the harbour view). Was the.... We returned for our second stay in this lovely property and it did not disappoint. Loved every minute of our stay. We love exploring the local area. It is so lovely to simply open the door and be immersed in the ebb and flow of the tide and the different pictures and feelings it creates. Colin ....
