Situated in a quiet residential road, this property is enjoys an elevated position and still within easy reach of bustling Brixham. A short walk will bring you to this lively harbour where you can hop on a boat to explore this stunning coastline or even try your hand at catching a fish or two. Lining the harbour is an array of brightly coloured fisherman s cottages, which today form Brixham s fantastic selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. External steep steps lead to the front door entrance porch, where you can leave coats, boots and bags, before continuing through to the cosy lounge/diner.

With exposed brick, original beams and a wood burner effect electric fire, this room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on foot. Enjoy meals together at the dining table before settling down for the night on the comfortable sofa. Prepare meals in the clean and bright kitchen, which contains an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and opens onto the rear patio. Together with a downstairs WC, there is one single bedroom on the ground floor, which is located under the stairs to allow one additional guest and has an internal window. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin, each individually decorated and beautifully presented.

To the rear of the property there is steep steps leading to the stunning terrace, bordered by a traditional stone wall and overlooking the harbour and ocean beyond. With a good sized table and chairs, this is a sunny spot for enjoying an al fresco meal together.
