- American style barrel BBQ and slow smoker which is located in the enclosed rear garden
- The Cleaning team will be entering the property promptly from 10am to clean, unless otherwise agreed, there will be a late charge applied for guests,
- Brixham is a beautiful harbourside town nestling on the edge of the beautiful English Riviera so access to some parts of the village will have to accessed by steps and hills. Alternatively, there is a public car park located in the heart of Brixham if you wish to drive to and from the harbour.
- Please note the residual bin collection will usually be collected every other Thursday- see following link: https://www.torbay.gov.uk/recycling/bin-collections/ Guests will be required to support the collection of waste during their stay by placing your recycling boxes, blue bag for paper, food bin and wheeled bin or seagull proof bag need to be placed at the boundary of your property so it is easily accessible from the adopted public highway by 6am on your collection day. Once emptied please return to the storage location
- Please note the direction to the property, there is a steep road with two bends leading to the house. Follow the road around and Wedgewood will be situated on your right There’s an alternative route which is prior to this road with a ‘gentle’ uphill drive leading to the house to your left
