This bungalow is located just outside the pretty fishing town of Brixham on the English Riviera. The property sleeps four guests and is perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing getaway by the coast. The area is a haven for walkers, with Berry Head Nature Reserve and the South West Coast Path within 0.5 miles of the cottage. At the adjacent holiday park, Landscove, the facilities will be closed for the 2026 season. However, guests will still be able to use the facilities at the sister site, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat, which is just 2 minutes by car or a short walk from the property. Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat offers a range of facilities ,including an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and bar/café ,which will be open during the main summer season. Please see the confirmed 2026 opening dates below: Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat , 2026 Opening Dates. Outdoor Swimming Pool: Opens 1st May, 10am – 5pm. Bar/Café: Opens for food from 6th March. Gym/Fitness Room: Open daily 9am – 5pm, except Sundays. Please note that park management reserves the right to close the swimming pool or any other facilities at any time due to maintenance requirements or early seasonal closure. Additionally, these facilities are charged at an additional cost, the same arrangement previously in place for access to Landscove. The cottage is bright and airy, and has a mix of both traditional and contemporary design. The sociable kitchen/diner has dual-aspect windows, filling the space with natural light, and is a lovely spot to enjoy home-cooked meals as a group. This space opens into a cosy lounge, where a plump sofa and armchairs are arranged around a wood burner effect electric fire – this is the ideal place to snuggle up after a long walk, with a classic film on the TV. Two pretty bedrooms – a double and a twin – complete the bungalow, along with a handy shower room. Outside, discover a sunny seating area, with a picnic bench for al fresco dining.

Brixham is a lively harbour town with an exceptional range of independent shops and eateries. The town is particularly known for its delicious seafood, with many restaurants serving the catch of the day. You can also head down to the harbour’s fish market to pick up something tasty for your supper. From the town, you can enjoy boat trips around the Torbay area, and there’s also a ferry that crosses to Paignton, so you can spend the day at the zoo or waterpark if the mood takes you. Other nearby attractions include the Dartmouth Steam Railway and Woodlands Family Theme Park (both within 20 miles).
