Dating back to the 19th century and thoughtfully updated, it is a comfortable choice for family seaside holidays or relaxed breaks with friends in South Devon. Its location makes it easy to enjoy the town without planning every outing around the car. It feels homely without being fussy, with plenty of seaside character.
Inside, the sitting area feels warm and welcoming, with sofas gathered around a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The oak kitchen is well-equipped for everyday meals, from a quick breakfast before a boat trip to supper after a day on the beach. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom can be set up as twins or as a king-size when arranged in advance.
