Hot tub (private). Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking; public car park, at cost. No smoking.. As you enter the recently renovated Harbour Retreat, you find yourself in the downstairs hallway. The fully equipped kitchen is straight ahead and the open bright and airy living/dining area is to your right. The living/dining area leads out onto the pleasant enclosed rear garden via a sliding door, with decked area, hot tub and BBQ as well as part lawn with shrubs; a great area to sit out and enjoy the last of the sun after a long day at the beach! Upstairs is the family walk-in shower room and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms benefits from a kingsize bed, the second bedroom is a double room but also has a pull out single bed, handy for if friends come to stay. The third bedroom contains bunk beds and is a great children’s room.
The property is situated just around the corner from Paignton Harbour where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. There is also a beautiful small cove named ’fairy cove’ just a minutes walk towards the harbour and large park, and coastal walks at your very doorstep. Whether its spending a day locally or venturing slightly out to see what the beautiful English Riviera has to offer, Harbour retreat is a great place to start! Beach 5-minute walk.

Harbour Retreat is a hop skip and jump from the beautiful seafront and harbour, it is extremely well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday , the hot tub is checked daily and is very private. The owners are very helpful but not intrusive . We can honestly say this is one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever stayed in. The property is also very cosy and warm on winter evenings . Thank you mr Codd we will be returning ***

Lovely cottage, great location, just 2 minutes to Fairy Cove beach and 5 mins to Paignton Beach. Very clean, beds super comfy, loved the hot tub. Great for Christmas - we went to the bay of illumination display and Train of Lights. Loved the Harbour Light restaurant and Molly's for excellent hot chocolate. Very dog friendly, just not upstairs or on furniture. Very well equipped kitchen, but not much room for food. Would definitely return, only negative is large mirrors should be secured to walls.

We stayed for 7 days at Harbour Retreat & Everything about it from Location, Cleanliness & Comfort was Excellent...A minutes walk just around the corner to the Harbour & Harbour Inn which do great food, & another 3-4 minute walk to Paignton pier with convenience stores & chip shops dispersed in between.As mentioned earlier an Excellent Location.
