As you enter Magnolia apartment via the ground floor initial entrance up a small flight of external steps to the front door, you find yourself in the entrance hallway. On the first floor is the good-sized open living/dining room, this room is bright and airy and a great open space for relaxing after a long day. The recently refitted modern kitchen is also on this floor and is fully equipped with all guests could need for cooking. Up the stairs and to the second floor is where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. All three bedrooms contains zip & link single beds which can be configured as individual beds or attached together as super king size beds, meaning the property has a great deal of versatility for different groups. The apartment is very centrally situated at the top of Torquay town, within walking distance of all shops and cafes and restaurants the main town has to offer. It is also just over a mile to the nearest Babbacombe beach, as well as Torquay harbour/marina just being 1½ miles away. There is plenty to see and do around Torquay and Torbay as a whole not to mention the surrounding towns making up the South Hams. The famous fishing town of Brixham, and boating towns of Kingswear & Dartmouth or the historic market town of Totnes.
