The apartment is okay, but the layout is a bit odd as it is an "offcut" from the larger house. The lounge is a conservatory, so the sun comes through the glass roof which means you need to move about to watch the TV without glare. The TV has no regular channels just streaming, which is okay as Netflix can keep you amused. Big bed in the middle room and a sofa bed in the end room. There was no bed linen for the sofa bed so had to make calls to the owners. After being asked "did you request the sofa bed to be made up?" and replying that I assumed a booking for 3 people would automatically get this I was then asked "did we know there were 3 of you?" It is on the booking. I was told the cleaners must have missed this and the linen was all locked up now. After another call and an hours wait I got a call from someone else who granted me access to the linen cupboard.After all this, it turned out the sofa bed was not comfortable and used the sofa instead.I was sent info about the parking, but this also turned out to be "an oversight that will be amended" and there is no parking. Rock Road is at the end of a narrow road in a deprived area of Torquay. Walking down the road, we saw men smoking weed in doorways and females sitting on the kerb. There is no parking on the road as even the double yellow lines are parked on by locals. Safest bet is to use the local shopping centre car park at £10 per 24 hours.On the plus side, you are a 5 minute walk from the shops as you can cut through the shopping centre where the car park is.

Had a lovely stay. Apartment was beautiful clean and comfortable. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend

A lovely well equipped apartment in central Torquay. Close to harbour and sea front. Very comfortable bed and a good size conservatory to relax in. Owners were very helpful with the questions we had. Would really recommend.
