Lovely cottage right in the centre of Torquay. Its really well equipped and very comfortable, but the parking is extremely tight unless you've got a small car.

We returned home from our stay at Sea Breeze on the 8th Aug We had a great stay, the property is in a perfect location to walk into town. Cleanliness and facilities were all great.I would definitely say the car park and drive it’s more than a little steep. We parked there once (never again) we have an estate car which was incredibly difficult to turn around and reverse out. The guide says 2 parking spaces however there is only one and this is unnumbered. We used the parking area called Bradden Cliffs which is free although the walk up the hill is very steep.When we arrived at the house there was a large crack in the ceiling in the front room. We discovered that the bathroom sink taps were leaking into the cabinet. We assume the owners were aware as paper was put around the taps in an effort to soak up the water. We contacted Cottages to advise and were told they would contact the owner and hopefully a plumber would come out. We decided to use the kitchen sink and didn’t use the bathroom sink at all as the plaster was coming away from the ceiling.No one came to the property to look (we left keys in lock box) and we didn’t hear from cottages during our stay.

Nice and clean property and well equipped. Very comfy beds, only things mising in the bedrooms were black out curtains and fans for the hot summer days. On a Saturday night you will hear music coming from one of the bars in the town. Perfect location to walk to the towns shops and beautiful harbour avoiding torquays steep steps. If youre going to use the parking space at the back of property the parking bay (under the house)is tight. I have a golf and managed it. The driveway is very steep. You need to be a confident driver. We enjoyed our 4 night break. I would recommend.
